Hubert R. Engelbrechten, CEO

Mr. Engelbrechten joined GTronix in 2005. Previously Mr. Engelbrechten was Senior Vice President, Corporate Officer and General Manager of the Integrated Circuits Group at Fairchild Semiconductor, where he managed a group with $800 million in annual revenues and 700 employees in four global locations. With over 25 years of international analog semiconductor experience, Mr. Engelbrechten has held key management positions at Raytheon Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, Siemens and Degussa. He is a graduate of State University of Hamburg/Germany with an MS degree in electrical engineering and an MBA.

Paul Hasler, Chief Science Officer

Dr. Hasler is one of the founders of GTronix and serves on its Board of Directors. He is an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Hasler received his M.S. and B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, and received his Ph.D. from California Institute of Technology in Computation and Neural Systems. Dr. Hasler's work has been widely recognized within both academia and industry organizations having won numerous awards from the National Science Foundation, the Office of Naval Research and IEEE.

Sanjay Bhandari, VP of Engineering

Dr. Bhandari joined GTronix in 2007. Prior to joining GTronix, Dr. Bhandari served as Senior Director of Analog/Mixed-signal Design Engineering at Ikanos Communications, where he was responsible for developing several generations of their world leading VDSL PHY analog chip sets as well as Residential Gateway analog solution by building design teams both in USA and India. Prior to Ikanos, Dr. Bhandari served as Design Engineering Manager at Philips Semiconductors where he developed leading edge Preamp and Read Channel ICs for hard disk drives. Dr. Bhandari has also served at ST Microelectronics, Duet Technologies and Center for Applied Research in Electronics in New Delhi, India. Dr. Bhandari received his BSEE from College of Engineering, Pune, MSEE from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Dr. Bhandari has published numerous technical papers and holds 9 patents.

Joel Camarda, VP of Operations

Mr. Camarda joined GTronix in 2008. He has over 30 years experience in semiconductor operations and engineering management. His previous positions include Sr. VP of Operations at Sipex/Exar Corporation, President of Flip Chip Technology Division at Kulicke & Soffa, VP Operations at Silicon Storage Technology, Director of Assembly and Packaging at Cypress Semiconductor, and engineering positions at National Semiconductor. Mr. Camarda has a B.S. Aeronautical Engineering from New York University and a business management certificate from Stanford Executive Institute.

Colin Fisher VP of Finance and Administration

Mr. Fisher joined GTronix in 2008. He has 18 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Administration from both private and public technology companies including VLSI Technology, Inc., Cypress Semiconductor and Paxonet Communications (acquired by Conextant). Most recently Colin served as Vice President, Finance & Administration for Miradia, Inc. until the company's acquisition by Walsin Lihwa of Taiwan. Colin's career includes a two year international assignment based in Munich, Germany, multiple Sarbanes Oxley implementations and the acquisition of more than $75M in venture capital and $10M in venture debt financings. Mr. Fisher received his MBA from Santa Clara University and BS in Finance from Arizona State University.
